One clean state

A confirmed save is held with your name and the time. A change either commits in full or leaves the record as it stood, so the record holds one clean state.

What Pensieve keeps

Pensieve confirms each save as it lands. A confirmed entry is held in the record and carries who made it and when.

A form you are filling holds your place until you confirm it. Your entries wait in the draft while you work.

Find what was kept

    Reopen the record

    Open the patient record in Atlas and look for your entry.

    If it shows with your name and the time, it saved. Carry on.

    Return to the form

    Open the form you were filling in Glyph. Your draft holds your place, so you can carry on from where you paused.

    If a form looks gone, reopen it from the record, where your draft waits.

    Check your recent entries

    The record's history lists what you entered and when. Read it to see what landed.

    Confirm before you re-enter

    If your entry is absent, enter it again. Confirm the save and watch for the confirmation, so you place one entry.

Restore your entry

Enter the information fresh, in the same tool you were using. Confirm the save. Once Pensieve confirms it, the record holds it with your name and the time.

If the entry was a dose you gave, record it again from your due list in Quest, so the time you gave it stays true. See record a dose for the steps.

If it seems missing

If your entry still seems missing after you check, report a problem with the patient reference and the time. The support team can trace what the record received.

How do I know a save worked?

Pensieve shows a confirmation as the entry lands, and the entry then appears in the record with your name and the time.

Could I create a duplicate if I re-enter?

Check the record first. If your entry is already there, leave it. If it is absent, enter it once and confirm.

Does closing the tab lose a draft?

A form holds your place while you work. Reopen it from the record to carry on where you paused.
