One reader, one number
A figure on a manager's board and the same figure inside an analyst's pack read the same, because both draw on one definition held once. This page is the map to the rest of the analytics section.
What Falcon reads
A metric is a defined measure that Falcon computes from hospital activity. Falcon reads from admissions, the patient record, orders, billing and workflows, and it asks each tool for its data rather than keeping a copy.
Only the record holds a patient's clinical data. Falcon reads that data under the same access decision that governs the record itself, so the figures a person sees are the figures their role and their relationship to the patient permit.
Governed metrics
Governed means one definition. A metric carries a single definition that every dashboard and every pack reuses, so a number reads the same wherever it appears.
When a figure counts charges, it counts them by the one definition the platform holds. A revenue figure on a manager's board therefore matches the revenue figure inside an analyst's pack, and a reviewer reading either lands on the same events behind it.
Dashboards
A dashboard is an arranged set of metrics on one screen. It reads current activity and presents the measures a role wants to watch, from occupancy across the wards to charges raised across a period.
Each figure on a dashboard carries its own lineage, so a reader moves from the number on screen to the events beneath it in one step.
Analysis packs
An analysis pack is a ready-made set of metrics and dashboards for one common hospital question. Falcon provides packs for revenue, patient flow, delays and process performance, so a manager opens a prepared view rather than assembling one.

Where a number comes from
Every figure Falcon reports carries its lineage, the chain from the number on screen back to the events it counts. A reader opens a figure and sees its definition, its period, and the underlying events they are entitled to see.

Patient intelligence
Beside the metrics for a whole site, Falcon builds a per-patient intelligence view from the record. It draws a patient's recent results, active orders and diagnoses across encounters into one picture for the clinician reading it.

Stat cards
Falcon supplies small stat cards that appear inside other tools' screens, kept current and marked when a figure falls out of date. A card draws on the same governed metric as the dashboards, so the two agree.
